Step One:
Diagnostics
(approximately 2 business days) TRISEC will diagnose all computers in the order we
receive them. In most cases,
TRISEC is able to diagnosis a computer’s problem within a day or two after receiving
it. But not always… Like your car’s “knock and rattle” that disappears every
time a mechanic looks at it, sometimes your computer problems aren’t obvious
right away. In this case the
process may take a little longer. Step Two:
Approval (approximately
1 business day) Once we’ve diagnosed your computer’s problem, we need
approval to repair it. In cases
where a warranty is NOT in effect or does NOT apply, we will contact you to
discuss your options and the costs associated with the repair. TRISEC will not repair a computer
that is not covered by warranty without your consent. If a manufacturer’s or an extended warranty covers your
computer, we will obtain the appropriate approval and proceed immediately. Step Three:
Parts Ordering
(approximately 5 business days) Not all repairs require parts, but many do. TRISEC orders most parts directly from the computer manufacturer. Unfortunately, we are not able to control parts availability, which can affect the repair process. Step Four:
Parts Replacement and Testing (1-2 business days) TRISEC will install and test parts the day they arrive. Sometimes the replacement part does not fix the problem, in which case we must then start the process again. This is rare, but it happens. We will call you once the process is complete and your machine is tested and working properly. Return to
